To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiluck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiluck account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiluck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if jiluck has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jiluck does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from:
jiluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiluck reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, jiluck may void and forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and pending withdrawals. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting jiluck support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jiluck Platform, you must first contact jiluck's customer support team through the live chat feature. jiluck will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

You agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or collective proceeding.
jiluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiluck will notify registered players via the contact information on file (typically via SMS to your registered mobile number) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jiluck Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
